1. A 30-Day Window of Grace
30 Days to Decide: You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to request a size exchange or a full refund. We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us.
2. Item Conditions
To help us stay fair and maintain high standards for all members of our community, we kindly ask that returned garments meet these simple conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, clean condition (free of perfume, smoke, makeup, stains, or pet hair).
Clothing that has been altered, washed, or damaged cannot be accepted for safety and quality reasons.
3. Easy Size Exchanges (Always Free!)
We know finding that perfect, comfortable fit is important.
Free Exchange Shipping: If you need a different size in any of our models, we will happily ship out your new size 100% free of charge, subject to our current stock availability.
How to start: Simply send an email to hello@adora.coffee with your order number and the size you need. We will quickly email you a prepaid return shipping label to send the original item back to us.
4. Honest & Timely Refunds
If you prefer a refund over an exchange, we will credit your original payment method as soon as your item returns to our workshop and passes a basic quality inspection.
Once processed, bank refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Special Note on Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Because many of our custom designs are printed in limited batches based on community demand, sizes can sell out fast! If you change your mind and wish to cancel a pre-ordered item before it officially ships out, just send us a message and we will issue an immediate refund.

Standard In-Stock Items: Once you place an order, we lovingly pack and ship your items within 2 to 3 business days.
Pre-Order Items: If you are purchasing an item on pre-order (like our limited restocks), it will ship as soon as production wraps up. We always display the estimated shipping window clearly on the product page so you know exactly when to look out for it.
Delivery Time: Once handed over to the carrier, standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a simple, budget-friendly flat rate for standard shipping across the United States.
Free Shipping Rewards: To show our gratitude to our community, all orders over $75 ship 100% free!
3. Purposeful Packaging

Real-Time Updates: The moment your package leaves our hands, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number.
